By accessing or using the E‑VaporateLab website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our site.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal vaping age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to purchase products from E‑VaporateLab. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Description

We sell disposable vape devices and related accessories. We source products from reputable manufacturers to ensure quality and authenticity. While we strive for accurate descriptions and imagery, we do not guarantee they are complete, current, or error‑free.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are displayed in AUD, exclusive of shipping (unless otherwise stated).

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. For now we only accept bank transfer but we are working onselecting a credit/debit card payments processed via secure payment gateway in the near future.

• All transactions are final at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer standard Australia wide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout.

• Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are your responsibility.

6. Refund & Returns Policy

• You must request returns within 7 days of receipt; returns will not be accepted after the 7 day period.

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Refunds or exchanges are granted only for products that are defective, faulty, not as described, or don’t match the sample/model shown at purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

• Change-of-mind returns or price-difference requests are not eligible.

• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 2–4 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, logos, graphics, images, and software—is owned by E‑VaporateLab or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

By submitting content to E‑VaporateLab (including but not limited to product reviews, testimonials, comments, photos, or any other materials), you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for promotional or business purposes.

• Confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to publish such content.

• Agree not to submit anything unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  We reserve the right to remove or moderate content at our sole discretion without notice.
