Returns and Refunds
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Requirements:
The return date has not exceeded 7 days;
The disposable sealed package has not been opened and the product has no quality problems;
The product has no obvious traces of use;
No missing package, accessories, or receipt, serious damage, contamination, etc.
You may not return E-Juice, liquid products, pods, or other consumable products for hygienic reasons and therefore it is NON-REFUNDABLE.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any disposable vape products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygienic and safety reasons.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
You are entitled to a refund or exchange if:
The product/s don’t do what they are meant to, or are defective, faulty or are not of acceptable quality
The product/s or services are different from their description e.g., On packaging or in advertising
The product/s don’t match the sample or model you were shown at the point of purchase
The product/s is not reasonably fit for a particular purpose you told the seller about and you can present your E-VaporateLab receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.
All of the above are carefully considered and measured, and the E-VaporateLab team decides a final answer regarding the customer’s reason for Return at the time. Please note: Usually, the sale is final when you buy a product or service unless the item breaches the law. E-VaporateLab will stand behind and support what is right for the customer.
E-VaporateLab does not have to give you a refund or exchange if:
you change your mind
your circumstances change
you find cheaper products elsewhere
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the payment will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-4 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
